Belfast Art Walk 2011

Don’t miss the Belfast Gallery Walk on Friday! Come to town from 5-8PM to visit the 19 participating galleries, listen and watch musicians, dancers and performers in the streets, and experience the wonderfully unique and diverse art the town has to offer. Visit our website, we have several dates.

There will be live performances on the streets and around town adding a lively and festive atmosphere to Belfast’s Downtown. Performers for the 2nd will include singer/songwriter Craig Hensley and dancer Hanna DeHoff. Hanna DeHoff of Rockland will be performing an improvisational and interactive piece inspired by Esther Williams aqua musicals of the 1940s. She is a dancer, actress and choreographer and teaches in the Midcoast. Craig Hensley is a talented guitarist and singer inspired by the traditional folk songs of America and the modern innovators of the craft. Craig’s songwriting echoes his familiarity with bluegrass and old-time music. His original lyrics source from an intimate human experience, serving as a connection to the past while envisioning the timeless horizon.
