Welcome to the perfect getaway at our Maine Hotel near Camden and all the best attractions of Mid Coast Maine.

CHECK-IN : 3:00PM or after. Contact our office if you need to arrive later than 7:00PM.

CHECK-OUT : 11:00AM. Thank you.

SMOKE FREE : Guests who smoke in the suites will be charged a fee of $250 for cleaning and repair. Smoking is permitted outside.

RESERVATIONS : All rates are based on double occupancy. We require a guaranteed deposit of the first night of lodging plus 9% sales tax. We accept a Personal Check, Travelers Check, Visa or Mastercard. Refunds are provided only with 14 days notice.

All rates are based on double occupancy. All suites have one (1) King bed and are for 2 persons. Rooms 103 and 104 have two (2) Queen beds and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There is an additional charge of $50.00 plus tax per person for occupancy of more than 2 people.

CANCELLATIONS : If you need to cancel or change your reservation, our office must be notified 14 days prior to the arrival date.

We are a small inn, cancellations and changes greatly affect us. All cancellations, changes to the number of nights, or arrival and departure dates, within the 14 day period will result in a charge for the total amount plus 9% Maine State Lodging Tax for 100% of the original reservation. (Shortening a reservation is considered a cancellation.)

There is a 30-day cancellation period policy for Holiday Reservations, Group Reservations or Special Events.

We will make every effort to re-rent your suite or room but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If we are able to re-rent, we will reimburse you for the rented nights.

 

BREAKFAST : Breakfast is served starting at 8:00AM. We will deliver your breakfast to your suite or room, Room Service Style, or you may like to take your breakfast in our Garden Courtyard on sunny, warm mornings. Our menu varies daily and Breakfast includes, coffee or tea, juice, yogurt and granola, fresh fruit, muffins and sweet breads, hot entree-Chef’s Choice of the Day.

TELEPHONES : Each suite is equipped with telephone service and individual telephone numbers.

PETS : We CANNOT accommodate pets.

ELEVATOR & PARKING : Our property is equipped with an elevator. We have a private parking lot for our guests adjacent to the courtyard.

GIFT CERTIFICATES : A Belfast Bay Inn Gift Certificate is a wonderful way to celebrate that special someone in your life, a Birthday or Anniversary Gift. Call 207-338-5600.

WIFI & VOICE MAIL : Each suite is equipped with WiFi and voice mail. Simply turn on your WiFi enabled computer to connect to the internet as you normally do.

ROBES & UMBRELLAS : Each suite has two lovely 100% cotton terry robes with the Belfast Bay Inn logo for your use as our guest. New robes and umbrellas are available for sale in our gift shop.
